Turkey Meatballs in a Cilantro and Parsley Sauce
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
Turkey Meat Balls:
- 1 (3 lbs) Organic Ground Turkey (Fulton Valley Farms)
- 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic. Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Kinders Buttery Steak House
- 1 Teaspoon Smoke Paprika
- Preheat 375F
- Mix all the well; form into two inch sized balls. Lay on parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes or thoroughly cooked through.
Sauce:
- 1 Head Fresh Cilantro
1 Head Fresh Parsley - 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 medium Lemon Squeezed
- In a bullet or blender add all sauce ingredients, if needed add 1 to 3 teaspoons of water in if too thick.
