Turkey Meatballs in a Cilantro and Parsley Sauce

 

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

Turkey Meat Balls:

 

  1. Preheat 375F
  2. Mix all the well;  form into two inch sized balls. Lay on parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes or thoroughly cooked through.

 

Sauce:

 

  1. In a bullet or blender add all sauce ingredients, if needed add  1 to 3 teaspoons of water in if too thick.
