Turkey Meatballs in a Cilantro and Parsley Sauce

 

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

Turkey Meat Balls:

  • 1 (3 lbs) Organic Ground Turkey (Fulton Valley Farms)
  • 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic. Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Kinders Buttery Steak House
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoke Paprika

 

  1. Preheat 375F
  2. Mix all the well;  form into two inch sized balls. Lay on parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes or thoroughly cooked through.

 

Sauce:

  • 1 Head  Fresh Cilantro
    1 Head Fresh Parsley
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 medium Lemon Squeezed

 

  1. In a bullet or blender add all sauce ingredients, if needed add  1 to 3 teaspoons of water in if too thick.
