‘Poppin’ Pasta Salad

Easy Italian Pasta Salad Recipe


  • 1 Package of your favorite pasta
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 15 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 8oz can Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 8oz can Black Olives
  • 10 Pepperoncinis
  • 1/3 Small Red Onion
  • 10 Leaves of Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Italian Dressing (Primal Kitchen)


  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Dice the red onion and red bell pepper.
    • Chop the cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, basil, and pepperoncinis.
    • Slice the black olives into circles.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and prepared vegetables.
  4. Add Dressing:
    • Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta and vegetables.
    • Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
    • Adjust the amount of dressing according to your preference.
  5. Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate the pasta salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
    • Serve chilled and enjoy as a refreshing side dish or light meal!
