‘Poppin’ Pasta Salad
- 1 Package of your favorite pasta
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 15 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 8oz can Artichoke Hearts
- 1 8oz can Black Olives
- 10 Pepperoncinis
- 1/3 Small Red Onion
- 10 Leaves of Fresh Basil
- 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Italian Dressing (Primal Kitchen)
- Cook pasta according to package.
- Dive the red onion and red bell pepper. Chop cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, basil, and pepperoncinis. Slice the olives into circles. Add all to a large bowl.
- Once pasta has finished cooking strain and run under cold water. Add pasta to large bowl with veggies. Add dressing and mix well. Feel free to add more of whatever veggies you like!
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
