‘Poppin’ Pasta Salad
Easy Italian Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Package of your favorite pasta
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 15 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 8oz can Artichoke Hearts
- 1 8oz can Black Olives
- 10 Pepperoncinis
- 1/3 Small Red Onion
- 10 Leaves of Fresh Basil
- 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Italian Dressing (Primal Kitchen)
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Dice the red onion and red bell pepper.
- Chop the cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, basil, and pepperoncinis.
- Slice the black olives into circles.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and prepared vegetables.
- Add Dressing:
- Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta and vegetables.
- Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Adjust the amount of dressing according to your preference.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the pasta salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy as a refreshing side dish or light meal!
