Orzo Pesto Garden Pasta

Ingredients:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Chop the zucchini into small inch size cubes, and slice the garlic into pieces. Add both to a cookie sheet. Add whole cherry tomatoes on top. Drizzle olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Boil water and cook orzo according to package.
  4. Drain the water from the orzo and place in a large serving bowl or dish. Add pesto and vegetables. Top with parmesan and enjoy!
