Teriyaki Quinoa Nourish Bowl Recipe

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cups loosely packed Arugula
  • 1 (8 oz) can Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1/4 cup
  • (Kinders Teriyaki Marinade)


  1. Prepare the Quinoa: Follow the package instructions to cook the quinoa. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Warm the Beans: Rinse and drain the kidney beans. Transfer them to a small pot and heat over medium for about 5 minutes, just until warmed through.
  3. Assemble the Bowls: In each serving bowl, start by placing about 1/2 cup of the cooked quinoa. Add 1/2 cup of the warm kidney beans and 1 cup of arugula to each bowl.
  4. Add Fresh Avocado and Teriyaki Sauce: Slice the avocado and distribute half in each bowl. Drizzle each bowl generously with Kinder’s Teriyaki Marinade, adjusting the amount based on your flavor preference.
  5. Serve: Mix everything together before eating, or enjoy as beautifully layered nourish bowls.
