Ingredients:
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 2 cups loosely packed Arugula
- 1 (8 oz) can Red Kidney Beans
- 1 large Avocado
- 1/4 cup
- (Kinders Teriyaki Marinade)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Quinoa: Follow the package instructions to cook the quinoa. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Warm the Beans: Rinse and drain the kidney beans. Transfer them to a small pot and heat over medium for about 5 minutes, just until warmed through.
- Assemble the Bowls: In each serving bowl, start by placing about 1/2 cup of the cooked quinoa. Add 1/2 cup of the warm kidney beans and 1 cup of arugula to each bowl.
- Add Fresh Avocado and Teriyaki Sauce: Slice the avocado and distribute half in each bowl. Drizzle each bowl generously with Kinder’s Teriyaki Marinade, adjusting the amount based on your flavor preference.
