Green Tomato & Cayenne  Pico De Gallo

  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro
  • 2 Green Tomatoes
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Red Tomatoes
  • 2 Fresh Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Limes (juiced)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

 

  1. Finely chop up all ingredients except the cayenne pepper, slice the cayenne peppers.
  2. Add everything into a medium sized bowl, add lime juice, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Mix well and enjoy.

    Best served over fish and scrambled eggs!
