Green Tomato & Cayenne Pico De Gallo
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 Green Tomatoes, diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Red Tomatoes, diced
- 2 Fresh Cayenne Peppers, sliced
- Juice of 2 Limes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Salsa:
- Finely chop all ingredients except for the cayenne peppers. Slice the cayenne peppers.
