Green Tomato & Cayenne  Pico De Gallo

  • Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup Cilantro, finely chopped
    • 2 Green Tomatoes, diced
    • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
    • 2 Red Tomatoes, diced
    • 2 Fresh Cayenne Peppers, sliced
    • Juice of 2 Limes
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 Shallot, finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 2 teaspoons Honey
    • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil


    1. Prepare the Salsa:

    • Finely chop all ingredients except for the cayenne peppers. Slice the cayenne peppers.
    • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced green tomatoes, minced garlic, diced red tomatoes, sliced cayenne peppers, and chopped cilantro.
    • Add lime juice, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and salt to the bowl. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
