Dill and Garlic Leaves Pesto
Ingredients:
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Dill
- 1 Bunch of Garlic Leaves
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Small Shallot
- Juice from 1 Lime
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
- Pinch of Salt
- In a blender or bullet add all the ingredients and mix on high for 2 to 3 minutes until well combined and broken down, Should have a pesto texture.
- Best served on roasted potatoes, chicken, skirt steak and fish.
