Dill and Garlic Leaves Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bunch of Fresh Dill
  • 1 Bunch of Garlic Leaves
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Small Shallot
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
  • Pinch of Salt

 

  1. In a blender or bullet add all the ingredients and mix on high for 2 to 3 minutes until well combined and broken down, Should have a pesto texture.
  2. Best served on roasted potatoes, chicken, skirt steak and fish.
