Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse

Serves 2 to 4 

Ingredients:

 

  1. Add tofu, banana, cacao, peanut butter and maple syrup to a food processor and blend until well combined and smooth.
  2. Add the aquafaba into a separate bowl with lemon juice and whip with a hand mixer until it begins to peak. About 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Fold the peanut  mixture into the aquafaba mixture until well combines.
  4. Place in a container with a lid in the fridge to set over night.
