Chili Queso Dip
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
- 1 Bag of your favorite Tortilla Chips
- 2 Cans Chili
- 2 8oz Package Cream Cheese
- 3/4 Shredded Cheese (Your choice of cheese, we used mexican blend)
Toppings:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Jalapeños
Optional:
Shredded Chicken
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 Teaspoon Chipotle
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Carne Asada Seasoning
- In a medium sized pot add 2 cans of chili, 2 packages of cream cheese, and cheese; stir until you start to see some bubbles.
- Dice up red onion and tomatoes. Cut avocados into small squares and slice jalapeños. Place all toppings on top of dip.
If adding chicken:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- add 1/2 of all the chicken seasonings to chicken and bake for 25 to 30 minutes (make sure it is cook al the way through).
- With two forks shred the chicken and add the rest of the seasoning.
- Add chicken on top of dip.
