 Sweet and Savory Pork Tenderloin

Serves 4 


  • 2 3/4 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Place the pork tenderloin and all the ingredients in a large plastic bag, seal and mix well. Let the bag sit in the refrigerator and marinate for 4 to 8 hours (the longer the better).

Grill the pork for 25 to 30 minutes (over medium heat) turning often and adding the residual marinade half way through cooking. Pork should be 160 F in the middle with a meat thermometer.
