BBQed Sweet and Savory Pork Tenderloin

Serves 4 


  • 2 3/4 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons fresh garlic root
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Place the pork tenderloin and all the ingredients in a large plastic bag, seal and mix well. Let the bag sit in the refrigerator and marinate for 4 to 8 hours (the long the better).

Grill the pork for 25 to 30 minutes turning often and adding the residual marinade. Pork should be 160 F in the middle with a meat thermometer.

Slice and enjoy!
