Stuffed Mushrooms (Vegan)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Package of portobello mushrooms

2 small summer squash

1/3 yellow onion

3 red thai chilis

3 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

 

Preheat oven 375 F

Rinse and wash a whole package of Portobello Mushrooms, take out the stems of the mushrooms.

Chop up squash, onion, garlic, garlic, thai chilis; chop up finely.

Sauté in olive oil with salt and pepper to taste, add nutritional yeast. Scoop vegetables into mushrooms, drizzle olive over mushrooms and bake for 20 mins.
