Rosemary and Rose Salt Dutch Oven Potatoes

Really simple potato recipe!


Organic Medley Potatoes

2 Tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil

1 teaspoon of salt (I’m using rose salt)

4 Rosemary clusters


Rose Salt:

In a small container add 10 organic (no pesticide) rose pedals (any kind)

Add 3 tablespoons of salt (Himalayan or Sea salt)

Let sit overnight while continuously shaking to mix the pedals and salt.

Rose pedals will start to dry

leave in a container with a tight lid


Set your oven to 375 F

I use my Le Creuset dutch oven but any oven safe pot with a lid will do.

Servings 4 to 6 people

Fill your pot with about 20 small potatoes

drizzle olive oil, salt and rosemary over the potatoes. Put the lid on and let bake for 45 minutes to one hour.

A fork should easily be able to pierce through the potatoes.
