Introducing the “Berry Tipsy Elixir” – because who said your taste buds can’t have a party too?
For one drink:
- 1.5oz Gin (I prefer it whispered to by angels at https://www.venusspirits.com/)
- 0.5oz Chareau (or as I like to call it, the secret potion from http://chareau.us/)
- 0.75oz Fresh Lime or Lemon
- 1.0oz Raspberry Simple Syrup
Raspberry Simple Syrup:
- 1 pack of Raspberries (6 oz)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- In a small pot, create a berry battleground by mixing one cup of water, one cup of sugar, and tossing in your raspberries. Muddle the raspberries like you’re settling a fruity feud while stirring. Cook on medium heat until the sugar has melted and it’s reached a syrupy consistency (approximately 3 to 4 minutes). Strain out the drama with a mesh strainer and let it cool.
- Now, here comes the fun part! Add a cup of ice to your shaker, throw in the gin, chareau (the mystical elixir itself), some fresh lemon or lime (whichever zesty mood you’re in), and, of course, our raspberry syrup. Shake it like you’re trying to impress your cocktail shaker with your dance moves.
- Pour the concoction over a large ice cube, because regular cubes are so last season. Top it all off with a majestic raspberry – the crown jewel of your Tipsy Elixir.
Voila! Sip, savor, and let the laughter flow as freely as your newfound mixology skills. Cheers to berry delightful moments! 🍹🎉
