- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated

- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons oil (for cooking)
- For the Tahini Aioli:
- 1/2 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (for sautéing garlic)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Aioli:
- In a small pan, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
