Fig, Mascarpone, and Honey Appetizer



1 Basket of Figs (any kind)

1 (250g) mascarpone

1 1/2 tablespoon of honey

Loaf of bread (I use sourdough or french)

(optional) micro greens



Preheat oven to 350F

On a cookie sheet lay out sliced bread, should be about 1/2 inch thick per piece; slightly drizzle olive oil on bread. Bake for 6-7 minutes

In a small bowl mix mascarpone and honey.

Slice figs (like shown in image) you should get four slices per fig

Lay out toast bread, spread mascarpone and honey mixture on each piece, lay one fig per slice of bread, add micro greens and if you choose, drizzle more honey on top.
