Asian-Inspired Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 small cucumbers
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 7 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly minced ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Garnish: Green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds

Instructions:
