I found this beautiful wood at Big Wheel General Store in Bandon Oregon while Christmas shopping with my mom one year.

We already found the whale tales at a Home Goods store, so I though these two would go beautiful together.

We measured the length of the cut wood and evenly spaced out the whale tales then screwed in. We used a ‘Hangman Heavy-Duty Mirror and Picture Hanger’ to hold the heavy weight and now use it as a coat rack; it’s the first thing you see when entering our home.
