Kale Chips

 

1 Bunch of Curly Kale

Salt (Optional Rose Salt)

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

 

Preheat oven to 375 F

 

Chop up the Kale, size should be about 2 inches in width.

In a large bowl mix, olive oil, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.

 

Lay out on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until all are crispy.

 

 

 

Rose Salt:

In a small mason jar mix as much salt as wanted in with organic rose petals (I used pink roses).

Closed lid and shake every so often. Should be done in about 3 days.

 

Same recipe works with sugar as well 🙂
