Coconut Oil Buffalo Cauliflower


2 heads of any kind of cauliflower and/or romanesco

Melt 1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup Frank’s redhot buffalo wing sauce

1/4 Frank’s red hot sauce

1/2 of a whole onion

4 cloves of garlic

Optional: Nutritional yeast


Pre heat oven to 375 F

In a large bowl slice onions, dice garlic,  and chop the cauliflower/romanesco into quarter size cubes.

Pour melted coconut oil, buffalo, and hot sauce over the cauliflower/romanesco, onion and garlic; mix throughly until coated.

Pout onto cookie sheet and bake for 30/40 minutes


Optional: sprinkle a little or lots of nutritional yeast on after it comes out of the oven for a cheesy flavor.
