Spicy Lady Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 3 Parts Mezcal
• 4 Parts Pineapple Juice
• 1 Part Lemonade
• 1 Serrano Pepper (muddled) If its really spicy, use half

Slice your Serrano Pepper down the middle long ways. If you like it a little more mid use half the pepper. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the Serrano Pepper. I leave in the seeds for more spice, you can take them out if you’d like.

Add 3 parts Mezcal, 4 parts Pineapple Juice, 1 Part Lemonade. Add a half a hand  of ice cubes and shake vigorously.

Use a strainer to strain out the seeds and Serrano Pepper.
