Pumpkin Protein Power Balls

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Sunflower Butter (or any preferred nut butter)
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Scoop Kos Chocolate Protein Powder(Organic Vegan Chocolate Plant Protein)
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • Handful of Walnuts, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a medium to large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the walnuts. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form Balls:
    • Roll the mixture into 2-inch balls using your hands.
  3. Coat with Walnuts:
    • Roll each ball in the chopped walnuts until coated evenly.
  4. Chill:
    • Place the coated balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Transfer the cookie sheet to the freezer and let the balls chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve:
    • Once the protein balls are firm, remove them from the freezer and serve. Enjoy as a nutritious snack or post-workout treat!
