Pumpkin Protein Power Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Sunflower Butter (or any preferred nut butter)
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Scoop Kos Chocolate Protein Powder(Organic Vegan Chocolate Plant Protein)
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
- Handful of Walnuts, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a medium to large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the walnuts. Mix until well combined.
- Form Balls:
- Roll the mixture into 2-inch balls using your hands.
- Coat with Walnuts:
- Roll each ball in the chopped walnuts until coated evenly.
- Chill:
- Place the coated balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Transfer the cookie sheet to the freezer and let the balls chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve:
- Once the protein balls are firm, remove them from the freezer and serve. Enjoy as a nutritious snack or post-workout treat!
