Overnight Chia Seed Pudding (vegan)
- 4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 Cups Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup (or Agave, Honey, etc.)
Put all ingredients into a jar that seals (like a mason jar) close and tighten the lid, shake really well.
Let sit in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours. Shake on occasion.
Chia seeds will expand and be in a somewhat pudding like consistency.
Pairs well with fresh fruit!
