Oatmeal and peanut butter protein power balls
Makes 8
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond flour or meal
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup date syrup (if you can’t find store bought, you can easily male date syrup by blending 1/2 cup pitted dates with 1/2 cup water until it turns into a paste)
- 1 scoop protein powder (Kos Chocolate Plant Protein)
- optional; top with hemp seeds
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Scoop out on a plate (optional, sprinkle hemp seeds on top) and refrigerate or freeze. They will keep in the refrigerator for 7 days 🙂
