Oatmeal and peanut butter protein power balls

Makes 8


  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or meal
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup date syrup (if you can’t find store bought, you can easily male date syrup by blending 1/2 cup pitted dates with 1/2 cup water until it turns into a paste)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (Kos Chocolate Plant Protein)
  • optional; top with hemp seeds

Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Scoop out on a plate (optional, sprinkle hemp seeds on top) and refrigerate or freeze. They will keep in the refrigerator for 7 days 🙂
