No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Chip Dough Bars Recipe

Serves: 4 to 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 8 oz Can of Coconut Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk (from 8 oz can of coconut cream)
  • Optional: 1/8 Cup Coconut Sugar for extra sweetness

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients. Using your hands can help form the dough better.
  2. Line a loaf pan (9 x 5 x 2-1/2 inches) with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the dough evenly into the loaf pan using your hands.
  4. Place the pan in the freezer for 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Store the bars in the freezer when not indulging in this healthyish delight.
