- 6 to 8 Large Heirloom Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 8 Basil Leaves
- Salt to taste
- In a medium bowl add diced tomatoes.
- Slice the garlic into large slivers or mince the garlic.
- Add chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, and salt
- Add on top of your favorite toasted bread
