────────────────────────────────

These Chamomile, Lavender, and Honey Popsicles are a naturally sweet, calming frozen treat made with herbal tea and raw honey. Perfect for warm days, bedtime treats, garden parties, or a soothing dessert, this recipe blends floral flavor with gentle sweetness for a refreshing, relaxing popsicle.

This is an easy homemade popsicle recipe using dried chamomile and lavender — no artificial colors, no refined sugar, just simple, clean ingredients.

Recipe Overview:
Makes: 8 popsicles
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Steep Time: 5 minutes
Freeze Time: 4–8 hours

Ingredients:
• 4 cups water
• 2–3 tablespoons honey (to taste)
• 3 tablespoons dried lavender
• 4 tablespoons dried chamomile

Equipment:
Popsicle mold
• Popsicle sticks
• Teapot or medium pot
Fine strainer (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Water
In a teapot or medium pot, heat the water over medium heat until it just begins to boil.

  2. Steep the Herbs
Add the dried chamomile, dried lavender, and honey to the hot water. Stir gently and remove from heat. Let steep for about 5 minutes for a light, floral flavor. For stronger herbal taste, steep up to 10 minutes.

  3. Strain (Optional)
If you prefer a smooth popsicle, strain out the herbs using a fine strainer. You can also leave small pieces in for a more rustic, herbal look.

  4. Fill the Popsicle Molds
Carefully pour the infused tea into your popsicle molds, filling just below the top line.

  5. Add Sticks
Place the lid on the mold and insert popsicle sticks about ¾ of the way down.

  6. Freeze
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

  7. Unmold & Enjoy
Run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull out your popsicles and enjoy.

Tips & Variations:

• For kids: Use less lavender and more honey for a milder flavor.
• Add lemon: A squeeze of fresh lemon brightens the floral notes.
• Make it creamy: Add ½ cup coconut milk before freezing.
• Stronger tea: Steep herbs longer for a deeper herbal taste.

Serving & Storage:

• Serve straight from the freezer on hot days or as a calming evening treat.
• Store in molds or transfer to freezer-safe bags for up to 2 months.
