Chai Cocktail (Makes 2)
Ingredients:
- 2.5 oz Venus Gin
- 1.5 oz Chai Tea Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Egg white from 1 egg
- Dash of Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Add gin, chai tea syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker.
- Shake without ice (dry shake) to froth the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into glasses and garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
- Sip, savor, and enjoy the taste of Christmas in a cup! 🎄
Chai Honey Syrup:
- Ingredients:
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup water
- 1-inch ginger, peeled and smashed
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise pods
- 4 cardamom pods
- 10 black peppercorns
- 6 whole cloves
- 3 allspice berries
Directions:
- Heat honey, water, and spices in a saucepan over medium-low until honey dissolves. Steep on low for 20 minutes. Cool completely, strain, and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
