Chai Cocktail (Makes 2)

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 oz Venus Gin
  • 1.5 oz Chai Tea Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Egg white from 1 egg
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Add gin, chai tea syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Shake without ice (dry shake) to froth the egg white.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into glasses and garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
  5. Sip, savor, and enjoy the taste of Christmas in a cup! 🎄

Chai Honey Syrup:

  • Ingredients:
    • ½ cup honey
    • ½ cup water
    • 1-inch ginger, peeled and smashed
    • 2 cinnamon sticks
    • 2 star anise pods
    • 4 cardamom pods
    • 10 black peppercorns
    • 6 whole cloves
    • 3 allspice berries

Directions:

  • Heat honey, water, and spices in a saucepan over medium-low until honey dissolves. Steep on low for 20 minutes. Cool completely, strain, and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
