Butterscotch and Chocolate Chip Blondies
4 to 6 Servings
- 1 Cup Butter (room temperature butter)
- 1 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1 1/2 Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 Cup Butterscotch Chips
Baked in my Le Creuset Braiser Baking Dish
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl mix butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
Add in the eggs one at a time.
Add in baking powder, flour and chocolate and butterscotch chips.
Grease a baking dish (ex. casserole dish 9x 13 inch) and pour the mixture into the dish.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. For more gooey soft texture bake for 30 and let sit for 10 minutes.
