Create, Sip & Savor: A Cozy Candle Wreath-Making Evening at Redwood Ranunculus
An evening of flowers, candlelight, homemade comfort food, and wine in the heart of Felton.
There’s something so special about gathering around a table, creating something beautiful with your hands, sharing delicious food, and enjoying a glass of wine with good company.
With the holiday season just around the corner, I’m so excited to partner with Hannah from Redwood Ranunculus for a cozy and creative evening at her beautiful flower shop in Felton!
On Friday, November 20th, at 6:00 PM, Redwood Ranunculus and Redwood Social are coming together to host a Candle Wreath-Making Class, complete with seasonal greenery, delicious homemade comfort food, wine, and dessert.
Whether you’re looking for a fun evening with girlfriends, a creative date night, or simply a little time to yourself, this is the perfect opportunity to slow down, get inspired, and enjoy something special.
Create Something Beautiful with Hannah
During this hands-on workshop, Hannah will guide us through creating our very own candle wreath centerpiece using beautiful seasonal greenery and natural elements.
I absolutely love the idea of creating something that can be enjoyed throughout the holiday season but is also versatile enough to inspire centerpieces for other occasions.
Imagine bringing home a gorgeous arrangement that you made yourself, ready to become the centerpiece of your dining table!
And don’t worry if you’ve never taken a floral design class before. This experience is designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
All materials are included in your ticket, so all you need to bring is yourself and a little creativity.
Let’s Talk About the Food!
If you know me, you know that I believe every great gathering deserves something delicious to eat!
For this evening, I’m putting together a comforting, homemade menu that feels like a warm hug on a chilly November night.
And yes, there will be plenty of food! This isn’t just a few little appetizers to nibble on while you create. I want everyone to come hungry and leave happy.
On the Menu
Gourmet Grilled Cheese on Homemade Sourdough
We’ll be enjoying a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches made with homemade sourdough bread, each featuring delicious combinations of melted cheese and add ons.
Homemade Tomato Soup
Because is there anything better than dipping a golden, buttery grilled cheese sandwich into a bowl of warm homemade tomato soup?
Wine
We’ll have wine to sip and enjoy throughout the evening as we create, gather, and share a little time together.
Something Sweet for Dessert
Of course, we can’t end the evening without dessert! There will be a sweet treat to finish off our cozy night.
The goal is simple: beautiful flowers, delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and an evening that feels like spending time with friends.
Gluten-Free? I’ve Got You!
I want everyone to feel welcome at the table!
If you’re gluten-free and would like to attend, please email me ahead of time at k.thompson@createwithkendra.com so I can plan accordingly and make gluten-free bread for your grilled cheese.
Please reach out before the event so I have enough time to prepare.
If you have celiac disease or a severe food allergy, please mention that in your email as well so we can discuss your needs and any potential cross-contact concerns before you purchase a ticket.

A Little More Than Just a Workshop
One of my favorite things about hosting gatherings through Redwood Social is creating opportunities for people to connect in a meaningful way.
I love the conversations that happen when we’re gathered around a table, the laughter that comes from trying something new, and the friendships that can begin over something as simple as a shared meal.
This evening brings together so many of my favorite things: supporting a local creative business, learning a new skill, enjoying homemade food, and celebrating the beauty of slowing down.
I’m so excited to collaborate with Hannah and welcome you into her flower shop for what I hope will be a truly memorable evening.
Come hungry, bring a friend or come by yourself, and get ready for a little creativity, candlelight, and comfort food.
I can’t wait to gather with you!
With love,
Kendra
