Instructions
Step 1: Make the Lemongrass Sauce

In a blender or with an immersion blender, combine chopped lemongrass, cilantro, Thai chilis, ponzu sauce, coconut aminos, oil, lime juice, honey, and salt.

Blend until smooth. Reserve half for marinating the chicken and half as your drizzle sauce.
Step 2: Marinate and Cook the Chicken

Coat chicken with half of the lemongrass sauce. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Grill or pan-sear the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
