Maui on a budget!
Lance and I will use the Alaskan Airlines credit card to fly us into Maui. We get one companion pass a years so we used the pass for this trip!
Once in Maui we like to stay at Ekahi Village near Wailea. These are cute condos right near the beach, the village has two pools and an outdoor bbq area and outdoor kitchen. We stop at Costco, grab food and water for the week so we don’t have to eat out everyday.
This trip we decided to rent mopeds. This was by far my favorite part of the trip. For only $35 dollars per moped, we went all over the island! We picked up our mopeds at Hawaiian Cruisers; address 1280 South Kihei Road. http://www.hawaiiancruisers.com/
Another HUGE highlight on our trip was eating at the Mill House. https://www.millhousemaui.com/menus
They are a farm to table restaurant located on an old sugar cane farm. Their appetizer eggplant dish marinated in their homemade chive oil was something to remember! I asked for the recipe so I will definitely be attempting this for y’all!
