Thinly Sliced, Stacked Potatoes

 

 

Ingredients:

4 – 6 Servings

6 Yellow potatoes

1 Shallot

3 Garlic Cloves

5 Springs of Thyme

5 Springs of Sage

1 Stick of butter

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

 

Preheat oven to 375

Use a medallion to thinly slice the potatoes

Dice shallot, dice garlic, chop thyme and sage and saute in a large pan, cook until golden brown

Add potatoes and cook for only 5 minutes

In a baking dish stack 8 to 10 slices of potatoes; sprinkling parmesan between each slice,

Use the extra butter and fixings and pour on top

Bake for 35 minutes then turn oven to broil and broil for an extra 5 to 10 minutes

 

Then enjoy!
