Spicy Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of spaghetti noodles
- 2 cans of organic tomato sauce
- 1 pack or organic non gmo ground turkey
- Optional: Parmesan cheese
Seasoning for meat:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons red chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
Seasoning for sauce:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoons red chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
In a large pot, cook noodles according to package.
In a large sauce pan drizzle olive oil and add ground turkey. Use your spatula to break up the meat into little piece about 1/2 an inch big.
add in all seasoning to meat and mix well. Once meat is all the way cooked through (no pink) then add in the tomato sauce and the sauce seasoning. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, until sauce is completely heated up and is soaking in all the seasoning 🙂
Once the pasta is cooked, strain in a strainer, add the noodles to your bowl, then as much sauce and meat as desired and enjoy!
Optional: Add a crap ton of parmesan if you so wish! I sure do!
