Roasted Delicata Squash with Hickory Smoked Sea Salt


2 Delicata Squash

3 sprigs of fresh thyme

4 sprigs of fresh sage

1 tablespoon hickory salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil



Preheat your oven to 375 F

Cut delicata squash in half (long ways), scoop out all the seeds with a spoon.

Face the delicata squash face down and slice the squash (see image above).

In a large bowl add squash, oil, sage, thyme, garlic and salt.

Lay all the the squash out on a large baking sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
