Peanut Butter Coconut Cream Dessert Bowl (Vegan)

Servings 4 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Organic Coconut Milk (with thick cream on top) 8oz
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 4 Tablespoons Organic Peanut Butter

 

In a large bowl add coconut cream, peanuts butter, syrup, and coconut sugar; with a hand beater, whip all the ingredients thoroughly. Lastly add in in chocolate chips. Let sit in the freezer for 20 minutes before eating.

Simple. Easy. Delicious

Tried this recipe without the peanut butter and used a graham cracker crust and made a pie of this delicious goodness. It was easy simple and amazing!
