Optional No Sugar, Blackberry Pie
6 cups of ripe and really sweet blackberries (if you don’t have really sweet blackberries then you would want to add 1/2 cup sugar)
1/2 cup almond flour (coconut or regular all purpose flour works the same)
3 teaspoons of lemon juice
lemon zest, at least 4 back and forth rubs

Preheat oven to 400F
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well, press down on the blackberries with a hard spoon and barely smash them.
Line the pie dish with one pie crust and lightly cover with melted butter.
Pour blackberry mix on top of the pie crust.
You may take the second pie crust and and cover the whole pie, leave an X like shape in the center with a knife or slice your crust in strips like shown above in the photo.
Lightly cover the pie crust with butter.
(Optional) sprinkle sugar on top of the buttered pie crust
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes, reduce to 350 F and bake for 30 minutes!
