Gluten Free Vegan “Lasagna”


Serves 3 to 4



  • 1 Package of Gluten Free Lasagna Noodles Jovial Organic Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 jar of your favorite Organic Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • 10 Bella Mushrooms
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 leaves of Rainbow Chard
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Shallot or any onion of your choice
  • Veggie Meat El Burrito Ground Veggie Meat
  • 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • Optional 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Cook noodles according to package, set aside and drizzle with olive oil. Optional lay them on a cutting board and cut them into three strips per noodle.
  2. Dice up onions, garlic, and slice mushrooms. Saute until onions are a golden brown.
  3. Add in tomato pasta sauce, taco seasoning and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add in sliced rainbow chard and noodles.
  5. Top with sliced tomatoes.

Mix well and enjoy.
