Gluten Free Vegan “Lasagna”
Serves 3 to 4
- 1 Package of Gluten Free Lasagna Noodles Jovial Organic Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles
- 1 jar of your favorite Organic Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 10 Bella Mushrooms
- 6 Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 leaves of Rainbow Chard
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Shallot or any onion of your choice
- Veggie Meat El Burrito Ground Veggie Meat
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- Optional 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cook noodles according to package, set aside and drizzle with olive oil. Optional lay them on a cutting board and cut them into three strips per noodle.
- Dice up onions, garlic, and slice mushrooms. Saute until onions are a golden brown.
- Add in tomato pasta sauce, taco seasoning and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in sliced rainbow chard and noodles.
- Top with sliced tomatoes.
Mix well and enjoy.
