Dill Seasoned Red Potatoes
Servings 3 – 4
- 1.5 lbs Organic Red Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Dill Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil (or any oil you prefer)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional – 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Slice each potato in half, then thinly slice each half of the potato with the flat side down. In a large bowl add your potatoes, 1 tablespoon of oil, dill, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
In a large pan over medium to high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add all potatoes to pan and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until all potatoes are cooked thoroughly and lightly crisped on both sides. If adding parmesan cheese, add cheese in and then let melt while mixing for 2 minutes.
