Dairy Free Beef Stroganoff

Meat Option:


  1. Chop all your shallots, onion, garlic, leeks and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Boil water and cook egg noodles according to package.
  3. In a large pan add a drizzle of olive oil and saute the shallots, onion, garlic, and leeks until golden brown. Then add in your sliced mushrooms.
  4. Whisk together vegetable broth, soy sauce, dijon mustard, flour, and nutritional yeast. Then stir in milk (all added to sauted veggies).
  5. Add in egg noodles and serve with fresh parsley 🙂

If adding meat:

  1. In a large sauce pan or cast iron add olive oil and break up the meat; add all seasonings and cook until brown and thoroughly cooked all the way through. About 5 minutes.
  2. Add to Stroganoff and mix well.
