Crispy Broccolini with Shallots and Garlic

  • 2 bundles of organic broccolini
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Optional (parmesan cheese)


Preheat oven to 375 F

Wash and cut the bottoms of you broccolini, cut one inch off. Pat dry the broccolini.

Thinly slice your shallots and garlic.

In a large bowl add your broccolini, oil, shallots, garlic and seasoning; mix well.

On a cookie sheet lay out and spread the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes until nice and crispy. If adding parmesan take out at 35 minutes sprinkle the cheese on and bake until 5 minutes.
